Over the past 25 years, IEA-OES has grown through the commitment and expertise of a truly international community. This anniversary report is an opportunity to express sincere appreciation to all those who have contributed to the collaboration over the years: the Contracting Parties and Delegates, the Chairs and Vice-Chairs, the Secretariat, the Operating Agents and Task participants, and the many experts, institutions and partner organisations who have helped advance the work of IEA-OES.

IEA-OES has always benefited from the diversity of its membership and from a spirit of openness, cooperation and shared purpose.

Special thanks are also due to all those who contributed directly to this 25th anniversary publication, including those who shared reflections, photographs and editorial input.
